- Visibility: who sees the campaign. Set campaign by campaign, on this screen.
- Editing permissions: what the people who see it can do. These come from the workspace role and can’t be changed from here.
By default every campaign is visible to every member of the organization. Make one private only when you actually need to.
Setting campaign visibility
Open the campaign, go to the Build screen and click the members icon in the top right: the Manage campaign visibility window opens.- Public
- Private
This is the default setting. Every member of the organization can view the campaign.
Giving collaborators access to a private campaign
1
Open the Builder
Go to the Builder of the campaign you set as private.
2
Open the collaborators
Click the Collaborators icon in the top right. The Select the users who will access this campaign window opens.
3
Choose the users
In the Select users field you can filter members with the search bar, quickly select all available members, or pick one or more users from the list.
4
Save
Confirm with Save. The selected users see this campaign and no other. What they can do with it depends on the role they already have in the workspace.
Managing and updating collaborators
You can reopen the window at any time to add or remove users: changes take effect immediately on save. The list only shows users who are already in your workspace. If you can’t find someone, add them from Workspace Management first, then repeat the procedure. To change a user’s role or permissions (Admin, Member, Guest) you have to go through the organization’s main screen: Dashboard → Members → User management. See Roles and permissions.
