Taking your study live
1
Check the state at the top of the page
If it reads Draft, the study is still being configured and respondents cannot access it.
2
Turn on the Enable survey toggle
The Enable survey toggle makes the campaign accessible to participants. From that moment it moves from Draft to Live and can be completed through the link or through the distribution channels attached to it.
3
Check that your study is reachable
Open the public link and make sure the interview starts as expected.
Editing after go-live
You can edit the interview at any time, even after publishing. Apply your changes in the Builder and use the Publish changes button in the top right: the live version updates immediately for respondents.Changes do not become visible until you use Publish changes. You can therefore keep working on the interview while it is already collecting responses, without affecting respondents in progress.
Interview states
Draft
Draft
The initial state, right after you create the campaign. The study is neither visible nor accessible to respondents. This is the state in which you build the flow, set up the logic and check the configuration.
Live
Live
Activated with the Publish command or with the Enable survey toggle. The interview becomes public and can be completed through the link or the distribution channels you chose. This is the state it stays in while you collect responses.
Closed
Closed
You turned the interview off manually, or it reached the limits you set: maximum number of responses or closing date. It stays visible but no longer accepts new submissions.
