Create a workspace
A workspace is the container for the campaigns you want to analyze together. From Research Desk, click New workspace, give it a name, and start adding campaigns. Workspaces you’ve already created stay in the list, with the number of campaigns they hold and the date of the last change.Add campaigns
Inside a workspace, click Manage campaigns in the top right to open the selection panel.- In this workspace — the campaigns already added, each with a Remove button to take it out.
- Add more — every other available campaign, with an Add button for each. Use the search bar if the list is long.
You only see campaigns whose results you have access to: the list follows your workspace’s permissions.
Ask questions across all campaigns
Once you’ve selected your campaigns, type your question into the Talk to your campaigns box (marked BETA): you can ask about a single campaign or compare several in the same question. A few suggested prompts appear below the box to get you started. Answers stream into the thread, and always stay traceable back to the campaign that generated them. Open a New chat for a fresh analysis, or reopen an archived conversation to pick up where you left off.Ask specific questions
The more precise the question, the better the answer will stick to the data that matters: name the campaigns, segments, or time periods you want to compare. The answer depends on the data available in the campaigns you’ve selected for that workspace. If no eligible campaigns are available, check your workspace permissions or go back to the campaign list and choose another one.Next steps
