Where to find it: Campaign → Share tab → “Hire participants”.
Real-time indicators
At the top of the screen you find three always-visible values that update every time you change a parameter.Feasibility
How many panel respondents match the criteria you set. It shrinks every time you add or narrow a profile.
CPI
The Cost Per Interview: what you pay in euros for each completed response. It changes with country, expected incidence, interview length and how tight the applied profiles are.
Total cost
CPI multiplied by the number of required completes. The system recalculates it on every change.
Survey criteria
This is where you set the core parameters of the target group. You can create several target groups for the same campaign, each with its own configuration.text
Identifying label for the group. Default: “Target group 1”.
selection
The market to recruit participants from, chosen among 156 available countries. It determines which targeting profiles you find in the library, and it is one of the factors that move the CPI.
selection
The language spoken by participants. Combined with the country, it defines the profiles available for that specific market and language pairing.
number
How many interviews you want to collect. The total cost is this number multiplied by the CPI: doubling the completes doubles the spend.
percentage
The estimated share of panel members who pass the screener and complete the interview. The lower it is, the higher the CPI: the system has to contact far more people for each usable interview.
minutes
The estimated average time to complete the interview. The longer the interview, the higher the CPI: estimate it on the respondent’s actual path, not on the number of questions on the canvas.
days
required
How many days you have to collect responses. At the end of the last day the study closes on its own. It is the only required field in this section: leave it empty and the launch stays blocked.
flag
Turn it on if your study collects personally identifiable information: name, email, address. It is a compliance flag and does not change the price.

Target group configuration screen
Profiling
In Profiling you define the characteristics of participants, picking demographic and behavioral criteria from the built-in library. Without at least one profile configured you cannot launch.1
Open the library
Click Add profile. The available profiles vary with the country and language combination you selected, and are organized into 24 thematic categories — from Demographic and B2B/Employment to Food/Snacks, Automotive, Medical/Health and many more.
2
Configure the profile
Click a profile to open its configuration screen. There you pick the options that qualify a participant (for Gender: Male, Female) and define numeric ranges (for Age: 18–34, or several combined ranges such as 18–25 and 45–54). Every criterion you add narrows the Feasibility and can push the CPI up.
3
Review the profile card
After you save, the profile appears in the Profiling section as an expandable card. From there you see how many panel respondents match that criterion (profile Feasibility), edit the selected options or remove the profile.

Targeting profile configuration
Quotas enabled
Every profile has a Quotas enabled toggle. Turn it on and the system distributes completes as percentages across the selected options: that’s how you get, for example, a 50% male and 50% female sample.

Launching the campaign
The launch unlocks once you have at least one profile configured in the Profiling section, Fielding time filled in (the only required field) and Feasibility above zero, meaning there are participants available for the criteria you set.
Monitoring recruiting
Every target group you launch comes with a detailed report. It shows campaign progress and sample quality in real time.Basic information
