With the Share feature you open a public link to the Results section, so clients, stakeholders and external collaborators can access reports, summaries, responses and insights without an Exoid account. You need it every time you have to deliver results to someone outside the platform.

Turning sharing on

Sharing is managed in the Public sharing panel, from the Results page.

Switch the toggle ON

The system automatically generates a unique URL tied to the campaign and activates it.

Copy and forward the link

Use the copy icon to grab the URL and forward it to stakeholders, clients or colleagues.

Turn it off when you need to

Switching the toggle OFF disables sharing and the link stops working.
You don’t have to regenerate anything after each update: as long as the toggle stays ON, the link always points to the latest version of the results.

Access code protection

The Protect with code toggle generates an access code alongside the link. Only people who have both the link and the code can see the shared content.
Turn on code protection when you share sensitive data: you keep access simple without leaving results open to anyone who receives the URL.
Choose which sections appear in the public link by enabling or disabling them one by one. A disabled section stays hidden from external users and accessible only internally, so you can build views tailored to each audience.
In the public sharing panel the report section is labelled “Survey report”. It is the same document you edit in the AI Report tab.
For a client review, leave Summary and Report on and keep Responses off: they get the reading of the data without the raw submissions.
