The AI Report is a document editor, not a static output. The AI drafts the report from your results, and from that moment you work on it like any other document: you rewrite paragraphs, format them, insert images and ask the AI panel for changes until the document is the one you want to send.

Where to find it

Open it from your study’s Results section, in the AI Report tab, marked Beta.

Generating the first draft

Generation starts from an initial screen with an overview of the document: title, a general description of the structure and the index of the sections that will be generated.
Before the generation you can only change the report title. Structure and sections come from your study and the data available.
Generation continues even if you leave the screen, which matters on studies with many responses. Progress updates in real time.

What the first draft covers

  • executive summary
  • sample description
  • analysis of the main questions
  • interpretation of the results
  • closing section
For open-ended questions the AI condenses the comments and pulls out recurring themes. For numeric data it highlights distributions, percentages, averages and relevant signals.
Always read the report through before you share it. The AI interprets the data and can misread a result or give weight to a finding that isn’t significant. The document that leaves Exoid carries your name, not the AI’s.

The editor

AI panel

On the left, “Add or edit content in the report”: ask for a new section, a rewrite or a cut, and the change lands in the document.

Formatting toolbar

Headings, ordered and bulleted lists, bold, italic, code, links and text alignment.

Images

Insert images into the document: up to 3 files, 5 MB each.

Table of contents

Built automatically from the headings, so it follows your edits.

Start over

Throws away the current document and regenerates it from scratch.

Add to report

Answers you liked in Talk with Data arrive here with a single click.
Start over discards the report you have in front of you, edits included. Export the current version first if you might want it back.

Exporting

The report exports to two formats — and it is the only section of the results that produces them.
Turns the report into a presentation ready for meetings, stakeholder updates and client presentations. Before generating you configure:
number
How many slides the presentation should contain.
text
The language to generate the content in.
option
How much content to pack into each slide.
option
The register to write the copy in.
text
Who the presentation is meant for.
text
Free-form guidance to steer the generation.
Export only after you’ve completed the internal review, checked the interpretations and verified the content suits the final audience.
