This update focuses on the reliability of the Exoid experience, with dedicated fixes for Quiz, Results, and answer validation. We’ve also improved some flows related to Cint and authentication.

Open Ended answer validation

We fixed the messages shown when an open-ended answer exceeds the configured maximum length. Feedback now displays correctly and is localized in both Italian and English.

More reliable Open Ended filters

We fixed some behaviors of the text filters used to analyze Open Ended answers in Results. Searching responses is now more consistent, and the filter field correctly handles the text entered.

Quiz fixes

Score ranges for Quiz Ending Screens are now validated to prevent invalid or overlapping configurations. We also fixed the display of longer labels on mobile, keeping content and controls readable on smaller screens.

Single Choice summaries with clustering

We fixed the display of summaries for Single Choice questions that use clustering. Results now shows the correct format for this question type.

Available balance in the Cint flow

While configuring recruiting, the organization’s available balance is now shown alongside the CPI and estimated cost. This lets you immediately check availability before proceeding.

Target Group validation

We improved validation of Target Group names before saving or launching. For invalid values, Exoid now shows a localized message directly in the flow.

More stable panel data

We added further checks while loading profiling information. The system safely stops the process when it receives incomplete or repeated pagination data, avoiding stuck loads.

Improved OTP verification

We improved error handling during OTP verification. Invalid or expired codes, and temporarily rate-limited attempts, now show specific, localized feedback. Once verification succeeds, the user is automatically redirected to the intended destination.
