All newly created campaigns are public by default and immediately visible to every workspace member. Visibility does not change permissions: users can see the campaign, but can edit it only if their role allows it.
You can switch any campaign to private from the members icon in the top-right corner of the Build screen, then choose manually which users have access. Useful for sensitive data, early-stage drafts, or work restricted to specific teams. See workspace access for details.
