New features

Campaigns visible by default

All campaigns created within an organization are now visible by default to team members. Visibility does not grant full access: permissions stay under your control from the Members icon in the top-right corner of the Build screen, where you can decide who can edit, publish, or view the campaign and remove users from it. Members added automatically to a campaign cannot have their user role changed from inside the campaign — only their campaign-level access. To edit roles and permission levels (Administrator, Member, Guest), go to Dashboard → Members → User Management. See roles and workspace access.

Improvements

Feedback Hub — new analysis engine

The Feedback Hub runs on a redesigned analysis engine for open-ended responses: better understanding of the concepts respondents express, more coherent and stable clusters, and deeper interpretation of motivations and behavioral patterns. The gain is largest on studies with high volumes of long, detailed answers.

Interface refinements

New visual hierarchy across the Results section, more readable response tables, clearer icons for contextual actions, faster transitions in the Builder, and quicker loading on data-heavy pages.
