Advanced statistics with custom weights

You can now assign a numeric weight to answer options and use these values for more advanced analysis. When weights are configured, Exoid can automatically calculate mean, median, and standard deviation, while still keeping response counts and frequencies visible. Unweighted options can be excluded from these statistics without losing information about the number of responses received.

More reliable filters, clusters, and comparisons

We’ve improved how filters, clusters, and comparisons work in Summaries for choice-based questions. Answers are now correctly identified even when options are reordered or when multiple options have similar or identical labels. This makes segmentation, comparisons, and results analysis more reliable.

Reports & exports

More accurate Word exports

We’ve improved the quality of reports exported to Word. Charts, widgets, notes, and other visual content now better preserve their dimensions, resolution, spacing, and readability in the final document. We’ve also fixed several issues that could cause words to appear joined together, content to be clipped, or elements and titles to be duplicated. The result is an export that more closely matches the original report and is more ready to share.

More reliable AI Reports

We’ve improved the AI Report generation process, fixing an issue that could cause previously generated content to be lost. Indexes, sections, and content created during generation are now preserved correctly and remain available after the report is completed and reopened. Error handling also now distinguishes more clearly between a successfully completed report and an interrupted or failed generation.

Simpler and more reliable File Upload

We’ve improved File Upload questions in both the Builder and the survey completion experience. Supported file types are now displayed correctly without duplicates, and required and optional questions behave more consistently. We’ve also separated preview handling from the actual upload process: if a file preview cannot be displayed, a valid file can still be uploaded and used correctly.

Stability & reliability

More reliable campaign deletion

We’ve fixed the campaign deletion process and simplified some of the rules related to Talk with Data. Removing campaigns and their related data is now handled more consistently.

Platform improvements

We’ve upgraded the main dashboard infrastructure to Next.js 16 and reorganized parts of the platform responsible for authentication, authorization, sessions, and data access. We’ve also introduced improvements to build diagnostics, memory management, and the stability of dependencies used by our editors. These changes don’t directly alter how you use Exoid, but they make the platform more stable and reliable.
