Quiz

Create and configure Quizzes with Exoid AI

Exoid AI can now also help you create and configure Quizzes directly from the Builder. You can describe what you want and let the AI prepare the quiz structure, configure the supported questions, and set up scores, feedback, and results. Before applying any changes, you can always review what was generated and decide whether to confirm it. We’ve also updated the architecture behind the AI Builder, making the assisted survey creation and editing experience more solid and preparing the Builder to more reliably support Exoid AI’s new capabilities.

A clearer response experience

Respondents can now verify an answer, see the related feedback, and move on only when they’re ready, with a clearer flow between answering, verifying, and advancing. Quiz authors can customize the feedback shown for correct, incorrect, and, where supported, partially correct answers, as well as the text of the main actions in the experience, such as Start, Verify, Next, and Submit.

Score-based, customizable endings

The end of the quiz is now more customizable too: you can configure different final outcomes based on the score ranges a respondent achieves. Each outcome can have dedicated content — title, description, image, and call to action — letting you offer a different ending depending on the participant’s performance.

More intuitive score configuration

The Set quiz scores window now follows the actual order of questions along the survey path, making it easier to see which questions are scored and in what sequence. Questions disconnected from the flow are no longer included in the score configuration and no longer show the Set Score action, reducing inconsistencies especially in quizzes with branching or more complex structures.

Survey navigation

A more reliable navigation engine

We’ve strengthened the system that manages navigation within surveys, making paths that combine answers, branching, variables, scripts, quotas, draft saving, and completion more robust. The improvement applies to both standard surveys and Quizzes: in Quizzes, verifying the answer, showing the feedback, and moving to the next question are now handled as distinct steps, keeping the whole participant experience more consistent.

Video Interview

Transcripts handled in a more structured way

We’ve improved the processing pipeline for Video Interviews and how their transcripts are handled, with a better representation of the text, speakers, and processing-related information. Authorized users can now edit completed transcripts directly from the results, while processing states and any errors are clearer while managing responses.

AI Report

More solid, more reliable generation

We’ve strengthened the AI Report generation process, more robustly separating the data-analysis, section-writing, and executive-summary phases. Generation can keep running in the background while you use other parts of Exoid: when you come back to the report, you’ll always find the latest version correctly saved. We’ve also improved how concurrent edits and errors are handled, reducing the risk that an earlier generation overwrites newer content or that a failed process is shown as completed.

Fixes

Video Interviews now work correctly in Preview

We’ve fixed an issue that could cause an error when starting a Video Interview recording from the Builder’s Preview. You can now correctly simulate the recording experience directly from Preview, using camera and microphone, starting and stopping the recording, and continuing through the survey, without creating an actual production upload.

Correct access to Share options for public campaigns

We’ve fixed an issue where an organization member could see an error when opening the Share options of a public campaign created by another member. Public campaigns can now be managed correctly by authorized members of the same organization, while private campaigns continue to respect their own assignments and permissions.

Fixed search text in Feasibility

We’ve fixed the placeholder shown in the Feasibility beverage selector, which in the Italian version incorrectly read “Cerca province” (“Search provinces”). The field now uses text consistent with what’s actually searchable, making the interaction clearer.
