Branching controls and per-branch final screens

Each block now has two explicit actions: Add branch, to extend the flow, and End branch, to close the path with a dedicated Final Screen. Different branches can end on different Final Screens. To connect a question to one you have already created, link the connector below the current block to the connector above the next one. See conditions.

Media on every question

Every question can display images, videos, or audio clips — product shots before a rating, ads and creative tested inside the flow, audio cues for recall or mood tests, video prototypes before an open-ended answer.

Message blocks

A new Message block adds content that isn’t a question: section dividers, explanations and instructions, standalone media, or transitions guiding the respondent.

Exclusive options in multi-select questions

Any option in a multi-select question can be marked as exclusive: when a respondent selects it, all other options are deselected automatically. Useful for “None of the above”, “I don’t know”, or “Prefer not to say”.

Auto-layout for complex flows

The Builder handles large flows more clearly, with better spacing between branches, a more visible hierarchy, no overlapping blocks, and smoother navigation when zooming.
