Participants can respond by recording video and audio directly using their camera and microphone, without having to prepare or upload a separate file. Before recording, Exoid guides participants through the required permissions and provides a live preview, with the option to select their preferred camera and microphone. ### A complete recording experience We've designed a dedicated experience to make every stage of a Video Interview simple and clear. Preview, device selection, starting and stopping the recording, and processing states are clearly separated. The interface is also responsive and adapts to both desktop and smaller screens, keeping video and recording controls easy to use. ### Automatic response transcription Video Interviews now include automatic transcription. Once a recording is complete, Exoid processes the video and upload in the background and makes the transcript available for subsequent AI and analysis features. Participants can continue through the survey while their response is being processed. ### Private videos and more reliable uploads Recordings are stored in private storage through a system optimized for video files and multipart uploads. Video playback is protected through authenticated access, while potential issues during recording, upload, or transcription are handled with clear error states and recovery options. ## AI Follow-up ### AI conversations within Video Interviews AI Follow-up can now continue a conversation directly from a Video Interview response. After the recording, Exoid uses the response transcript to understand what the participant said and automatically generate a relevant follow-up question. Participants can then answer again via video, creating a deeper interview flow guided by AI. ### More contextual and reliable follow-ups The original question, recordings, transcripts, AI-generated questions, and subsequent responses remain connected within the same conversation. We've also improved the reliability of the AI Follow-up process: the system waits for a valid transcript before generating the next question and better handles temporary delays or processing issues. ## Quiz ### Turn a survey into a scored quiz You can now create Quizzes directly in Exoid by configuring correct answers and scores. Scoring can be used across multiple question types, including single choice, multiple choice, dropdown, image choice, and yes/no questions. During the quiz, participants can receive feedback on whether their answers are correct and view their overall result once they complete it. ### Analyze participant performance Quiz results now include dedicated performance statistics. Exoid can display score distribution, mean, median, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation, providing a clearer overview of participant performance. You can also analyze results at the individual question level to identify which questions achieved the highest or lowest scores. ## Research Desk ### Talk to data from multiple campaigns Introducing Research Desk, a new space dedicated to cross-campaign data analysis. You can create a workspace, select multiple campaigns, and ask questions about their results through a single conversation. Exoid can help you compare different campaigns and build analyses using multiple data sources at the same time. ### Compare campaigns while keeping the context Answers generated in Research Desk maintain references to the campaigns the information comes from, making it easier to understand the source of data, insights, and comparisons. Campaigns can be searched and added to a workspace, while conversations are organized into threads that can be reopened and continued later. Research Desk takes the Talk with Data experience beyond a single campaign, creating a dedicated space for research and comparative analysis.
