> A rebuilt Feedback Hub turns open-ended answers into structured, verifiable insights across three levels of analysis, each traceable back to the original response.

The Feedback Hub has been redesigned: open-ended responses now become structured, verifiable insights instead of a flat list of textual summaries, with an organized structure, direct access to the original data and three levels of analysis (summary, cluster, response). ## Feedback Hub

### Level 1 — AI Summary

Feedback is grouped into concise statements (Opinions, Insights, Actions) backed by multiple responses, each showing how many respondents expressed similar content.

### Level 2 — Cluster details

Clicking the arrow to the right of an item opens the **Cluster Details** panel with the full list of responses in the cluster, sentiment distribution (positive, negative, neutral), a polarity label per contribution and a scrollable view of the whole dataset.

### Level 3 — Individual response details

Selecting a response inside a cluster opens the **Response Details** panel with the full response text, the original question and the survey context. The side-by-side layout lets you compare the synthesized insight with the raw data.
